Our History

Georgian Medical Services was established by Georgian Bay Fire and Safety Ltd. in 1986 to provide Home Oxygen to Patients. By 1988, the company had begun servicing medical equipment and machines and the medical equipment division was established. Georgian Medical Services Corporation did Respiratory Home Care and Biomedical Service throughout the Grey and Bruce Counties areas.

In 2004 the company sold assets to Vitalaire Canada for the respiratory home care division and continued to provide Biomedical services. By Feb 28th, 2008 Vitalaire rearranged and centralized Service on Respiratory Products to their Toronto office while the staff at Georgian Medical Services became an independent Biomedical Service company once again, focused on the Grey and Bruce county areas.

In 2021, Georgian Medical Services was acquired by Hasenpflug Holdings Inc (TRH Services).
